Once up there it was apparent this area was not a secret as it was busy with backpackers and hikers, but it is really beautiful back there.

James Peak Wilderness
Den and Mags were out for a couple days over the Labor Day weekend and we went for a nice, but difficult hike in the James Peak Wilderness outside of Rollinsville. Sarah and I went through Rollinsville on a road ride a couple months back and noticed some big peaks in the distance. I did some map study and noticed some nice looking hiking trails up to a series of lakes.
Once up there it was apparent this area was not a secret as it was busy with backpackers and hikers, but it is really beautiful back there.
