White Ranch

Was planning a ride in Breck but things looked wet and cold up there this morning.  What was an overcast and cool day on the Front Range decided to ride local and head to White Ranch.  Ended up doing most of the trails in the park.

Been a long time since I have done the full route....it was a good reminder of how fun those trails are.  Just need to be ready for the effort needed to ride up there.  Steep technical trails up and down...a lot of hard climbing, but I was feeling good today and cleaned a bunch of sections I have not before.

Ended up with 23 miles and 3,800 feet of climbing.

Maine (Day 2)

Day 2 Dave took us across the road from Sugarloaf for more fun trails....the local trail group is doing a really nice job around Sugarloaf putting in some really fun trail with a mix of technical rock sections and fast flow.  Good stuff and a pretty large network in place already with an aggressive plan to keep building.

Riding bikes is pretty fun

Maine (Day 1)

Finally made it out to Maine again to hang with Missy and Dave along with their two great kids over Labor Day weekend.  Portland Maine is a great little city and would recommend a trip there at some point if you have never been.

The first two days of the trip Dave took us up to Sugarloaf to ride bikes....the trails were really fun and lush.
